Director : Mr. P.V.S.S. Prasad

Mr. P.V.S.S. Prasad is a practising Chartered Accountant and an Information System Auditor and is Partner of M/s. Prasad & Prasad, Chartered Accountants, Hyderabad since 1986. He is the past Chairman of Hyderabad Branch of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the past President of The A.P. Tax Bar Association and past Chairman of International Fiscal Association, Hyderabad Sub-Chapter. He is presently member of the Executive Committee, and the current vice-chairman, of International Fiscal Association, India Branch. He is presently member of Direct Taxes Committee of The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FAPCCI) and was Co-Chairman of the said Committee three times in the past. He is presently Governing Council member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners - South Zone. He was Co-opted member of Fiscal Laws Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (2002-03) and was Co-opted Member of Committee on Financial markets and Investors protection of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (2003-04).
He co-authored a handbook titled "Monograph on HUF Taxation" published by The A.P. Tax Bar Association. He has authored a book titled "Cash Credits Unexplained Investments - Gifts" published by All India Federation of Tax Practitioners. He has been a regular speaker and presented papers on Taxation, International Taxation, Accounting Standards, Corporate Governance etc., at various fora.
He co-authored a book titled International Taxation A Basic Study published by Book Corporation, Kolkata.
He was invited to speak at IFA Asia / Africa Conference held in Mauritius in May 2012 and May 2014.
He has been nominated as special invitee in the Committee of International Taxation ICAI, New Delhi for the year 2014-15.
He has contributed several articles on the subjects of "Corporate Taxation", "Cross border Taxation" such as Transfer Pricing', Permanent Establishment Taxation' etc. published in different journals, news letters etc.
He has been appointed as one of the Branch Reporters for IFA Congress 2010 held at Rome on the subject "Tax Treaties and Tax Avoidance: Application of Anti-Avoidance Provisions".
He has been elected Chairman of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners (AIFTP), South Zone for the term 2010-2011.
He has been co-opted as member of Committee on International Taxation of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for the year 2011-12
